YESSSSSSSSS. FINISHED. AT LAST!!!!! Introducing.....the new ICEY!!!! *insert fanfare music and applause here*  Her new outfit is mostly based on one of my favorite mangas: MÄR 8DDDDD It seems very much like a combination Nanashi, Alviss and Konoha ninja outfit though o.O I was playing around with some background effects, and WHOAAAA. I personally like the result  Yes, school has gotten in the way of my artworks. Heck, I'm doing my math homework right now O= Now uh...I've talked a bit too much.. If any of you want to draw the new Icey...well..good luck. It would be best to wait for the reference. WOW!!!
